What Does The Bible Say About Predestination?

Published on: 31st December, 2020

This study is a continuation of the message titled, "Heaven: If We Only Knew What Happened Behind The Scenes," as well as a supplement to the message titled, "Are Saved People God's Children or are We Just Adopted?"

The doctrine of Predestination is often misinterpreted by many. The common explanation is that before the foundation of the world, God chose who is to be saved and who is to remain lost and that the number of those who will be saved and who will remain lost is set in stone that it may not be increased or decreased. While the word Predestination is indeed a biblical term, this interpretation is nowhere to be found in the Bible.

The people whom God predestinated are people that are IN HIM. The People that are IN HIM have a PRE-planned-DESTINATION. Because, however, our physical bodies cannot operate in the heavenlies, then God PRE-planed that our bodies be DESTINED to the ADOPTION.
